Volunteer Chaplain Corps
Cibola General Hospital offers the free services of about 20 volunteer chaplains, both male and female, who represent a variety of denominations. Members of the Volunteer Chaplain Corps represent the hospital – not a particular denomination – and are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, to meet the spiritual and other needs of patients, their families and hospital staff.

Anyone who would like to speak with a chaplain can simply notify a nurse. A member of the Corps is always on call. Requests for a specific denomination will be met, whenever possible. The Volunteer Chaplain Corps was established to provide assistance in times of crisis to everyone associated with the hospital, “however we can in the name of love and community.”
