August 10, 2009 — Cibola Family Health Center will hold its Grand Opening at their new location on Wednesday, October 28, from 3 - 6 p.m. There will be a ribbon cutting set for 3:15 p.m. The public is welcome to join in the Grand Opening celebration at 833 E. Roosevelt Ave., Grants, NM, in the far east end of the shopping center across from Smith’s.

Cibola Family Health Center is owned and operated by Cibola General Hospital. For the past year, Cibola Family Health Center has been in the process of adding healthcare providers and establishing a new location with physician offices and patient care areas. "It is an exciting time for Cibola Family Health Center. We have been watching the expansion and transition occur and now we are ready to share it with our patients and friends,” said Kenneth Cochran, Chief Executive Officer of Cibola General Hospital.

The Health Center recently moved four provider offices to the new location. “We had the strategic desire to have a location where the patients can have access to all of our medical staff under one roof,” said Cochran. “Our hope now is to educate the public about the new location and invite everyone to join us October 28, as we celebrate the occasion.”
