Physical therapists use the latest rehabilitative techniques in an individualized program of care to help patients of all ages recover from surgery, strokes or injuries and to regain mobility and/or decrease their level of pain. |

|

Occupational therapists assist patients with physical problems – particularly in the arms, hands and shoulders – that interfere with the activities and tasks of daily living. Helping patients become more independent is a major goal. |

Speech therapists diagnose and treat patients with communication problems and difficulties with swallowing, and work with patients who have memory problems as the result of a stroke or possibly an injury to the head. |
