Position Title: DIRECTOR OF OB

Department:Nursing
Position Description: Under the general direction of the Chief Clinical Officer, this nursing director performs highly complex and varied tasks requiring independent knowledge, and its application to a variety of situations. Exercises independent judgment. Participates in all management functions of the nursing department: staffing, planning, organizing, leading, teaching and mentoring. This director is responsible for developing and implementing departmental operational and capital budget.

    Qualifications:
    Education:BSN (or working towards Bachelors)
    Experience:Candidate should have a minimum of two years experience in OB. Two to three years management experience preferred.
    License Required:Current licensure in the State of New Mexico or compact state.
