Registration
The Registration Office, which is located beside the Emergency Room near the outpatient and emergency entrances, is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
When your register, the admitting clerks will ask for information that is required by law, private insurance companies and/or Medicare and Medicaid. All patient information is held in the strictest confidence. When registering, you are asked to bring any and all of the following documents that are applicable to you:

The specifics of Emergency Room registration may vary depending on circumstances and a patient’s condition, but all patients are required to complete the necessary paperwork before leaving the hospital.
It is the goal of Cibola General Hospital to make the registration process as convenient and as speedy as possible, though it should be understood that patients who need to be seen in the Emergency Room do have priority over patients registering for routine tests and procedures.
